Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Options:
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during holidays or peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK Customers)

As a business that aims to make modest fashion affordable, our prices are kept as close to cost as possible. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, we’re more than happy to offer an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Thank you for supporting a small business 🤍

Exchange Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

How to Exchange:
 1. Email us at azkathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. We will provide exchange instructions and the return address.
 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

Please Note:
 • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
•  All sale purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted items unless they are faulty. Incase the item is faulty, an exchange will be offered.

At this stage of our business, due to high international shipping and customs costs, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
